Our Story

Multipetcare began in Hong Kong with a simple question: why are most dog supplements made with feed-grade ingredients when our dogs share our homes, our beds, and our lives?

The team behind Multipetcare comes from the food industry. For over a decade, our parent company J&A Global Ltd has been importing fresh and organic foods into Hong Kong, working with suppliers who meet the highest quality standards for human consumption. That same lens is what we now apply to dog supplements.

The Dog That Started It All

Multipetcare exists because of Gini — a three-legged border collie adopted from a shelter. Despite her start in life, Gini’s energy and resilience were impossible to ignore. Looking after her made the gap obvious: pet supplements were full of synthetic isolates, fillers, and feed-grade ingredients, when what dogs actually need is the same quality of nutrition we expect for ourselves.
