How do I cancel or skip a delivery?
Log into your account, go to “Manage subscriptions,” and you can skip the next order, pause for a period, or cancel entirely. No emails or phone calls required.
When am I charged?
You're charged the day each new order ships. You'll get an email reminder 3 days before every renewal so you can skip or adjust if you need to.
Can I change the delivery frequency?
Yes. Monthly is the default since most bottles last 30 days, but you can adjust the schedule from your account if your dog goes through it faster or slower.
Can I subscribe to more than one product?
Yes — each product is its own subscription. Many customers stack Probiotics + Multivitamin, or Skin & Coat + Calming, depending on their dog's needs.
Does the 15% discount apply forever?
